About
About this prototype.
This prototype was built by Bernard Adjei-Yeboah over several evenings in April 2026, in response to Newton Russell's hiring post for a Forward Deployed Engineering lead. It's a working demonstration of how I think about Risk Engineering, AI agent design, and the gap between detection and remediation in modern risk platforms.
About me.

Bernard Adjei-Yeboah
AI engineer · Sydney
I'm a full-stack engineer and AI solutions architect based in Sydney. I'm the founder of EchoFlow Labs, where I've used a demo-build-sell approach to ship more than 13 AI products across workflow automation, copilots, analytics, and operational tooling.
In my current role as Technology Lead at HEALTHiClinic, I built CareScribe, an NLP pipeline operating at 94% accuracy in production that reduced documentation time by roughly 60%, and CareSync AI, a five-system integration platform designed to coordinate complex data flows across the clinical stack.
My academic background is a Master of Information Technology in Artificial Intelligence. I also hold nine ACS professional accreditations, including ICT Business Analyst and Software Engineer, which gives me a useful bridge between product thinking, engineering delivery, and systems assurance.
Why I built this.
I wanted to show, not tell. The Demo-Build-Sell approach I use at EchoFlow Labs maps directly to how forward deployed engineering should work in a bank: listen to a real operational problem, ship a working artefact in days, then iterate from there.
This prototype is meant to show I can do that for Newton Russell's customers. It takes a concrete problem in modern risk platforms, builds a working answer around it quickly, and makes the design decisions visible enough to evaluate.
